Archdiocese of Milwaukee Catholic Cemeteries in Milwaukee, Wisconsin seeks a Family Service Advisor to guide grieving families with compassion, walk them through the Order of Christian Funerals, and provide arrangement support with a focus on accompaniment first.

This role offers a base salary of $43,888 with uncapped commissions, a full benefits package, retirement benefits, and paid time off, in a faith-based environment that values service, mission, and personal growth.

Competenze

• 2-4 years working in a sales environment with face-to-face contact with customers.
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment with a mission-driven focus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, showing compassionate care on site and over the phone.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Bilingual Spanish (verbal and written) is preferred.
• Proficient computers, software and technology aptitude.
• Valid Driver's License.

Compensation And Benefits

We're looking for someone with…

• 2-4 years working in a sales environment having face-to-face contact with the customer
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment. This is about calling, not checkboxes. All faiths and backgrounds welcome — what we need is a heart that's genuinely drawn to this mission
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, displaying compassionate care, both in person and on the telephone
• Strong organization and excellent time management skills
• Bilingual Spanish language skills (verbal, and written)
• Proficient computers, software, and technology aptitude
• Valid Driver's License
