Alba Ministries seeks a Family Service Advisor in Massillon, OH, to guide families through funeral and cemetery service options with a compassionate, relationship-focused approach.

You will work autonomously within a faith-based team, across the full service arc from initial meetings to committals and parish outreach, serving grieving families with care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a sales environment with face-to-face customer contact.
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment; all backgrounds welcome to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; compassionate care.
• Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology.

We’re looking for someone with…

• 2-4 years working in a sales environment having face-to-face contact with the customer
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment, all backgrounds welcome to apply
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, displaying compassionate care, both in person and on the telephone
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and excellent time management skills
• Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology
