Archdiocese of Milwaukee Catholic Cemeteries seeks a Family Service Advisor to support grieving families with compassion, guidance, and faith-centered service. In this mission-driven role, you will meet families face-to-face, walk them through funeral and burial options, and help arrange arrangements while upholding Catholic values.

You will work autonomously within a supportive team, manage multiple tasks from meetings to parish outreach, and contribute to a process that values accompaniment

Qualifications

• 2-4 years working in a sales environment with face-to-face customer contact.
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment; all faiths and backgrounds welcome.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with compassionate care.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Computers, software, and technology aptitude.
• Valid Driver's License.

Compensation And Benefits

• $43,888 base salary and uncapped commission

We're looking for someone with…

• 2-4 years working in a sales environment having face-to-face contact with the customer
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment. This is about calling, not checkboxes. All faiths and backgrounds welcome — what we need is a heart that's genuinely drawn to this mission
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, displaying compassionate care, both in person and on the telephone
• Strong organization and excellent time management skills
• Computers, software, and technology aptitude
• Valid Driver's License
