Job summary

Archdiocese of Milwaukee Catholic Cemeteries is seeking a Family Service Advisor to guide families through funeral planning with compassion and faith-based values. You will engage in consultative conversations, walk families through the Order of Christian Funerals, and be present across the full arc of their journey from meetings to committals and parish outreach.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years working in a sales environment with face-to-face customer contact.
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with compassionate care in person and on the phone.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with computers, software and technology.

Responsibilities

• Guide families through the Order of Christian Funerals and available options — accompaniment first, arrangement second.
• Engage in consultative, relationship-driven conversations to support families.
• Work autonomously within a supportive team and build your own path forward.
• Be present across the full arc of a family’s journey—from arrangement meetings to committals to parish outreach.

Compensation and Benefits

• $43,888 base salary and uncapped commission

• Bilingual Spanish language skills (verbal, and written)
• Proficient computers, software, and technology aptitude
• Valid Driver's License
