Diocese of Oakland Catholic Cemeteries seeks a Family Service Advisor in Lafayette, CA to guide families through funeral planning with compassion and faith-driven service. You’ll balance consultative sales with care, walking clients through options and scheduling meetings across a full lifecycle of services.

Base salary starts at $50,000 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years working in a sales environment with face-to-face customer contact.
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment. This is about calling, not checkboxes. All faiths and backgrounds welcome.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, displaying compassionate care, both in person and on the telephone.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Proficient computers, software, and technology aptitude.
• Valid Driver's License.
