Archdiocese of Milwaukee Catholic Cemeteries is seeking a Family Service Advisor to guide grieving families through the Order of Christian Funerals with compassion and faith. You'll work in a Catholic environment, building relationships and providing service beyond a sale, while managing the full arc of the family's journey from arrangement meetings to committals.

Compensation and Benefits

We're looking for someone with…

• 2-4 years working in a sales environment having face-to-face contact with the customer
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment.
• This is about calling, not checkboxes. All faiths and backgrounds welcome — what we need is a heart that's genuinely drawn to this mission.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, displaying compassionate care, both in person and on the telephone
• Strong organizationand excellent time management skills
• Computers, software, and technology aptitude
• Valid Driver's License
