Job summary

CCS Medical is seeking an Inside Account Executive in Madison, WI to promote the diabetes product line to PCP offices. You will primarily telemarket, with periodic in-person visits to gain referrals and grow an established region.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and travel within the region 75% of the time. Ideal candidates have strong sales skills, ability to close, and experience in telemarketing or call centers.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred with 2+ years customer service or 1+ year sales/telemarketing.
• Strong communication and organization skills to manage the region.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to learn basics of specialty products and sell profitability.
• Solid knowledge of sales principles, closing deals and handling objections.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sourcing and new PCP office conversion targets.
• Achieve new patient referral targets and productivity goals.
• Manage paperwork for new and existing patients, including insulin pump products.
• Make daily calls to referral sources and identify leads via data sources.
• Identify key contacts and plan follow-up and progression.
• Provide marketing materials to convert referrals and support partnerships.
• Travel within region for visits and manufacturer partner events; ~75% field travel.
