CCS Medical is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive in Madison, WI to promote our diabetes product line to PCP offices. You will primarily telemarket, with occasional in-person visits, travel up to 75% field, and manage a regional book of business.

You will build relationships with PCP offices, source new referrals, and work toward meet/exceed referral targets while maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with HIPAA and insurance regulations. Remote/hybrid options available.

Formación

• AA degree preferred with 2+ years customer service experience (or equivalent).
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to manage the region.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to learn the basics of specialty products and how to sell based on profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Solicits, networks, provides customer service support and sells the services of CCS Medical to PCP offices.
• Meets and exceeds targets around sourcing and converting new referring PCP offices.
• Meets referral targets and sign-on goals; maintains sales activity productivity.
• Manages paperwork for new and existing patients for the diabetes product line including insulin pumps and supplies.
• Performs daily cold calls and maintenance calls to referral sources and identifies leads via internal data sources.
• Identifies key contacts within accounts and plans follow-up and progression.
• Provides prospective sources with marketing materials to convert them to CCS referrals.
• Travels 75% field time to visit accounts and partners; attends trade shows as needed.
