Job summary

CCS Medical is seeking an Inside Account Executive for the Boston area to sell and promote our diabetes products to primary care offices. The role requires building relationships, meeting referral targets, and managing paperwork for new patients.

The successful candidate will travel within the assigned region (roughly 75% field work, 25% office) and maintain HIPAA compliance while driving patient referrals to CCS. A strong sales mindset and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• AA degree preferred with 2+ years customer service experience; 1 year sales or telemarketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Meets and exceeds goals around sourcing and converting new referring PCP offices.
• Meets and exceeds new patient referral targets and sign-on goals.
• Manages paperwork for new and existing patients related to diabetes products.
• Makes daily cold calls and maintenance calls to referral sources in the region.
• Identifies key contacts and develops action plans for follow-up.
• Provides marketing materials to convert referrals to CCS sources.
• Travels within the region to visit accounts and partners; 75% field travel.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to regulations and policies.
