KingRecruitingServices in Milwaukee seeks an Inside Sales Engineer to join a team of 12, develop expertise in client businesses, and drive sales by creating quotes and proposals tailored to customer needs. You will partner with field and territory sales to grow revenue, with most work on existing clients and some new business development.

The role emphasizes collaboration, project ownership, and a focus on safety and growth within a supportive culture. Travel is limited and training is strong.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering with a solid track record of customer facing work.
• 2+ years in a technically oriented role, preferably casting, machining, metal or materials process operation.
• Must have a passion to grow your career and interface with customers and team members.
• Good communication, verbal and written, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotes and generate proposals for parts the customer wants.
• Be an account manager for your customers to increase sales and serve their needs.
• Work with field sales and territory sales to increase sales; 75% existing clients, 20% expanding, 5% new business.
• Manage projects through the sales cycle and coordinate with all departments to complete work.
• Limited travel, about once per quarter.
