Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners in Milwaukee seeks an Inside Sales Engineer to become an expert in clients’ business needs and drive sales across multiple markets. You will develop quotes, manage accounts, and collaborate with field and territory sales to grow the business, with travel limited to about once per quarter.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer-facing experience, and the ability to navigate a diverse product landscape from castings to machining.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years in a technically oriented role (casting, machining, metal or materials).
• Strong communication and customer-facing abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (quarterly).

Responsibilities

• Develop quotes and generate proposals for the parts the customer wants.
• Be an account manager for your customers to increase sales and serve their needs.
• Work with field sales and territory sales to grow the business; 75% existing clients, 20% upsell, 5% new business.
• Manage projects through the entire sales cycle.
• Coordinate with all departments to complete tasks efficiently.
• Limited travel, once per quarter on average.
