Job summary

Treeline Inc. is expanding its inside sales team in Dayton to support a national sales force. The role combines customer service, technical support and sales responsibilities in a hybrid environment, reporting to the Dayton area office part-time and remote two days per week.

You will manage quotes, orders, returns and pricing, while aiming to exceed targets through upsell opportunities and margin optimization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and CRM hygiene are key success factors.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or account management within the semiconductor or interconnect markets.
• Comfort working with pricing and margin calculations.
• Tenacious, proactive, and commercially aware in a goal-oriented environment with lean familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer interactions, including quotes, orders, and returns; provide prompt, professional technical support; resolve escalated issues.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by upsell/cross-sell with existing customers; no cold calling.
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, operations and technical support; maintain CRM records and support continuous improvement.
