Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of inside sales experience.
• Lighting industry knowledge preferred for Hybrid; lighting industry experience required for Remote.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities with management.
• Collaborate with Sales Support Specialist, Territory Managers, and the Director of Sales Operations to monitor inventory levels and support project demands.
• Cross-reference lighting manufacturers' part numbers to Keystone products for accurate specification matching.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Maintain project visibility through Excel & CRM for status and delivery timelines.
• Oversee pipeline opportunities to ensure proper closures.
• Receive and process customer purchase orders, allocating materials and verifying inventory.
• Build rapport and develop long-term relationships with customers to drive demand.
• Assist the team in processing time-sensitive purchase orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
