Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to the field sales team.
• Communicate with customers regarding product specifications and requirements.
• Manage and maintain existing customer accounts.
• Support sales team in handling new accounts (no solo cold calling).
• Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
