Job summary

Essential Elements, Inc. is seeking an inside sales and customer service representative to service customers, enter orders/credits, and provide timely, accurate solutions. Hybrid work arrangement with office 3 days and home 2 days after probation.

You will build lasting customer relationships, upsell where possible, and coordinate with Sales Managers while maintaining product knowledge and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar role or a Business Administration background.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process orders and defective claims/returns.
• Build relationships with customers and present a professional image.
• Provide appropriate solutions for customers.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers for information and support.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge through training.
• Support cross-functional teams to satisfy client needs.
• Inform customers of promotions and product launches.
• Upsell where possible.
• Review back orders and propose alternatives.
• Prepare sales reports and meet deadlines.
• Analyze sales data to help hit territory targets.
• Participate in department meetings and sales improvement initiatives.
• Assist sales managers and supervisor as needed.
