• Purchase raw materials for stock and for Buy-Outs to related Sales Orders.
• Maintain open communication with customers about concerns.
• Forward customer feedback and complaints to management.
• Answer incoming calls when reception is unavailable.
• Develop and revise Work Orders as needed.
• Discipline non-conforming products and obtain concessions from customers when necessary.
