Job summary

Reliance, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales professional to maintain and grow customer accounts through face-to-face and virtual communication, order processing, and proactive outreach.

You will develop leads, respond to inquiries, present quotations, and coordinate with operations to ensure timely deliveries. You will build lasting relationships with customers, understand metals products and market trends, and identify opportunities to expand sales within assigned territories.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant sales experience.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of metals industry and products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts and build relationships to grow opportunities.
• Respond to product questions, pricing, availability, and uses.
• Prepare and present formal quotations to customers.
