You will serve as a key contact for customers, manage accounts, and drive growth through strategic outreach within the metals sector. The role emphasizes building relationships, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of sales, customer service, and metals industry helpful.
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Sell products to business and industrial establishments from sales office, store, or showroom.
• Serve as primary contact for customers; maintain relationships and address issues.
• Manage assigned accounts and grow opportunities with customers.
• Develop sales strategies, identify leads and negotiate pricing per guidelines.
• Schedule cold calls and follow up on quotes; coordinate with operations to execute terms.
• Maintain product, price, and customer data; monitor satisfaction and gather feedback.
