Job summary

Reliance, Inc. in Centennial, CO is seeking a sales support specialist to take inquiries by phone, fax, email or walk-in, price inquiries, and confirm that customer requirements can be met before order acceptance.

You will purchase raw materials for stock and buy-outs tied to Sales Orders, and keep open lines of communication with customers to resolve issues. You will forward customer feedback to management, assist with Work Order development and revisions, and handle disposition of

Responsibilities

• Take sales inquiries by phone, fax, email or walk-in and price inquiries effectively.
• Ensure customer requirements can be met or resolve differences before accepting orders.
• Purchase raw material for stock and for Buy-Outs tied to sales orders.
• Maintain open communication with customers and relay feedback to management.
• Answer incoming calls if receptionist is unavailable and assist with work orders.
• Develop and revise work orders; dispose of non-conforming product and obtain concessions when necessary.

Job Summary

Take sales inquiries over phone, fax, email or walk-in. Price these inquiries effectively and efficiently. Is responsible for ensuring all customer requirements can be met or resolve differences with customers prior to accepting order. Purchase raw material for stock and for Buy-Outs to related Sales Orders. Maintain open communication with customers as any concerns arise. Ensure feedback, including complaints, from customers are forwarded to management. Answer incoming phone calls if receptionist is not available. Authorized to and responsible for: the development of Work Orders; and revisions to Work Orders as necessary. Authorized to and responsible for: the disposition of non conforming product; and obtaining concession from customer when necessary.

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $48,000.00/Yr. - USD $55,000.00/Yr. depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
