Builders FirstSource, America’s largest supplier of building materials, invites motivated individuals to join our retail sales team. Under supervision, you will assist walk-in and remote customers with product selection, pricing, and availability, while learning our procedures and ERP systems.

You’ll quote small projects, enter orders, and schedule deliveries to meet daily targets. The role emphasizes strong customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months sales-related experience preferred.
• Ability to learn company products, procedures, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers with product selection, pricing, and availability.
• Provide material estimates and quotes for small packages.
• Enter orders in the system and coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain clean, organized store area and assist with stock/inventory.
• Address customer questions or complaints and escalate complex issues.
