Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with six months sales-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of company products, pricing, discounts and estimating formulas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers via walk-in, phone or email with product selection, pricing, availability, and refunds/exchanges.
• Provide material estimates and quotes for small packages (stairs, decks, fences, sheds).
• Enter orders into system and schedule product delivery.
• Meet daily/weekly productivity goals and assist with workshops.
• Handle simple customer complaints and forward complex issues to senior staff.
