Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and six months sales-related experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work with retail customers.
• Familiarity with product pricing, availability, and basic sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to retail customers via walk-in, phone, or email.
• Provide quotes and material estimates for small packages and projects.
• Enter orders and schedule product deliveries.
• Support store operations including housekeeping, inventory, and signage.
• Assist with customer workshops and resolve simple complaints.
