Job summary

Builders FirstSource, Inc. is seeking a motivated Retail Sales & Customer Service Associate to support walk-in and B2B customers with product selection, pricing, and ordering.

You will provide quotes, schedule deliveries, and help drive daily sales goals in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with some sales experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ERP and Office tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; six months sales-related experience.
• Proficient in customer service and product selection inquiries.
• Ability to interpret pricing, discounts, and estimating formulas/guidelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist B2B walk-in, phone, or email customers with product selection and pricing.
• Provide material estimates and quotes for factory-built homes.
• Enter orders and schedule product delivery.
• Manage daily work and meet productivity goals.
• Coordinate and conduct customer workshops.
• Resolve simple complaints; escalate complex issues.
