Job summary

Viciniti is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to help clients find furnished housing solutions while managing multiple inbound opportunities. This role blends customer service, sales, and coordination in a collaborative team setting.

You will respond to inquiries, research housing options, provide pricing and availability, and coordinate reservations. Office is in Edmond, with a Monday–Friday schedule and growth opportunities.

• Manage multiple housing requests, bookings, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain listings across client platforms and booking portals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through additional services.

Viciniti is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to help clients find furnished housing solutions while managing multiple inbound opportunities. This role combines customer service, sales, coordination, and problem-solving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

You'll receive inquiries from clients and booking platforms, identify the best available housing options, prepare quotes, coordinate reservations, and help convert opportunities into bookings.

What You'll Do
