Job summary

Viciniti is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to help clients find furnished housing solutions while handling multiple inbound opportunities. This role combines customer service, sales coordination, and problem-solving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and is based in Wichita, Kansas.

You will respond to inbound inquiries, research inventory, provide pricing and housing recommendations, and enter reservations in CRM systems to convert opportunities into bookings.

• Manage multiple housing requests, bookings, and follow-up activities simultaneously.
• Maintain listings across client platforms and booking portals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through additional services and offerings.

Viciniti is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to help clients find furnished housing solutions while managing multiple inbound opportunities. This role combines customer service, sales, coordination, and problem-solving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

You'll receive inquiries from clients and booking platforms, identify the best available housing options, prepare quotes, coordinate reservations, and help convert opportunities into bookings.
