Job summary

Viciniti Corporate Housing seeks an Inside Sales Coordinator to guide clients to furnished housing solutions while handling multiple inbound opportunities. This role blends customer service, sales, coordination, and problem-solving in a collaborative, team-based environment.

You’ll manage inquiries from portals, email, and phone, provide pricing and availability, and coordinate reservations. You’ll enter data in CRM systems and help convert opportunities into bookings, with a Monday–Friday

• Maintain listings across client platforms and booking portals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through additional services and offerings.

Viciniti is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to help clients find furnished housing solutions while managing multiple inbound opportunities. This role combines customer service, sales, coordination, and problem-solving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

You’ll receive inquiries from clients and booking platforms, identify the best available housing options, prepare quotes, coordinate reservations, and help convert opportunities into bookings.
