Job summary

Viciniti is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to help clients find furnished housing solutions while managing multiple inbound opportunities. This role combines customer service, sales, coordination, and problem-solving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

You'll respond to inquiries, identify options, provide pricing and reservations, and manage bookings in CRM systems. This is a fast-paced, growth-focused role with an ESOP and weekly pay.

• Manage multiple housing requests and bookings concurrently.
• Maintain listings across client platforms and portals.
• Spot opportunities to enhance the customer experience with add-ons.

Viciniti is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to help clients find furnished housing solutions while managing multiple inbound opportunities. This role combines customer service, sales, coordination, and problem-solving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

You'll receive inquiries from clients and booking platforms, identify the best available housing options, prepare quotes, coordinate reservations, and help convert opportunities into bookings.

What You'll Do

• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through additional services and offerings.

Compensation & Benefits

• $18-$21 per hour
• Monthly commission (unlimited)
