You will respond to inquiries, present options, provide pricing, enter reservations in CRM, and help convert opportunities into bookings. The position offers hourly pay plus commissions and a Monday–Friday schedule.

• Enter reservations and maintain accurate information in CRM and reservation systems.
• Manage multiple housing requests, bookings, and follow-up activities simultaneously.
• Maintain listings across client platforms and booking portals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through additional services.

Viciniti is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to help clients find furnished housing solutions while managing multiple inbound opportunities. This role combines customer service, sales, coordination, and problem-solving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

You'll receive inquiries from clients and booking platforms, identify the best available housing options, prepare quotes, coordinate reservations, and help convert opportunities into bookings.
