Viciniti is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to help clients find furnished housing solutions while managing multiple inbound opportunities. This role combines customer service, sales, coordination, and problem-solving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

You’ll receive inquiries from clients and booking platforms, identify the best available housing options, prepare quotes, coordinate reservations, and help convert opportunities into bookings.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to inbound inquiries through client portals, email, and phone.
• Research available housing inventory and identify options that meet client needs.
• Provide pricing, availability, and housing recommendations.
• Enter reservations and maintain accurate information in CRM and reservation systems.
• Manage multiple housing requests, bookings, and follow-up activities simultaneously.
• Maintain listings across client platforms and booking portals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through additional services and offerings.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20-$24 per hour
• Monthly commission (unlimited)
