Job summary

Viciniti Corporate Housing, based in Edmond, OK, is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service representative to respond to inbound inquiries, research housing options, provide pricing and availability, and enter reservations. You will coordinate with clients across portals and maintain accurate records in our CRM systems.

You will manage multiple housing requests, listings, and follow-ups, while identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience with additional services and offerings.
