Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services in Plano, TX is seeking a Business Development Representative to cultivate new business opportunities, educate prospects, and build long-term client partnerships using consultative sales approaches.

You will manage inbound leads and opportunities in the CRM, balance inside and outside sales (about 85% inside, 15% outside), and travel quarterly to support growth while ensuring compliance with industry licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of new business development experience.
• College degree or some college with relevant business development experience.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and tracking activities within a CRM.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to work in a team and build rapport.
• Current Texas P&C Insurance License required; if not held, must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• Ability to identify and contact decision-makers for clients’ products and services.
• Experience working and following up on inbound leads and maintaining key accounts.
• Role is 85% inside sales and 15% outside sales with quarterly travel.
