Placements24 is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join its dynamic sales team. The role is fully remote, focusing on generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals for our client’s products and services.

You will build relationships over the phone and online, manage activities in the CRM, and help expand market reach. Ideal candidates will have proven inside sales experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales or business development with quota attainment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) and virtual collaboration tools.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work remotely.
• Stable internet and dedicated home office.
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and consultative selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, targeted emails, and social selling.
• Qualify leads by uncovering needs and fit for products/services.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos via virtual channels.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and track sales activities.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for new customer acquisition and revenue.
• Collaborate with Marketing on lead-gen campaigns and provide market insights.
