Job summary

ProSource Wholesale is seeking an Inside Sales/Business Development (Account Manager) in Oakdale to grow relationships with contractors, designers, and trade pros. You will be the go-to resource for flooring, cabinets, and project materials, helping clients quote, plan, and win projects while collaborating with the showroom team to close deals.

The role offers a first-year $50,000 guarantee with base plus commission and bonuses, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, account management, or showroom sales.
• Experience with building materials, flooring, or wholesale is preferred.
• Experience working with trade professionals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with contractors, builders, and designers.
• Be the go-to resource for flooring, cabinets, and project materials.
• Proactively reach out to new trade pros and bring them into ProSource.
• Help clients quote, plan, and win projects.
• Partner with the showroom team to close deals and deliver great experiences.
• Keep your pipeline organized and moving (CRM).
