Formación

• Bachelor's degree or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of related experience in administrative roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

Responsabilidades

• Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with production and logistics for timely fulfillment.
• Maintain and update the sales database with new customer information and interactions.
• Prepare and generate sales reports, inventory levels, and customer analytics.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, or in person with product and pricing information.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including meetings and proposals.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate replenishment, and track shipments to resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate sales events, registrations, and on-site support as needed.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
