Job summary

Airxcel-1 is seeking a Service and Warranty Specialist in Elkhart, IN to act as the primary point of contact for Dicor and InVision customers. The role focuses on resolving warranty and service inquiries with clear communication and timely solutions within a manufacturing environment.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with salary range $20.00–$23.00 per hour and a non-exempt classification.

Qualifications

• 2+ year of related experience.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Explorer.

Responsibilities

• Provides warranty and technical support to Dicor and InVision customers.
• Provides exceptional customer service.
• Ensure positive KPI trends for both Dicor and InVision brands.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Providing customers with ETA’s and tracking numbers.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues regarding InVision and Dicor products.
• Enter product orders for replacements parts and new products, supply technical documentation to retail customers and dealers as needed.
