Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process and support sales orders, coordinating with production and logistics for timely fulfillment.
• Update and maintain the sales database with new customer information and interactions.
• Prepare pricing documents and proposals for customers and assist with sales reporting.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person with accurate information.
• Assist in sales forecasting, budgeting, and maintaining sales collateral.
