• Provides administrative support to customers and team.
• Answers phone calls and assists customers as needed.
• Provides ETAs and tracking numbers to customers.
• Follows all safety rules.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensure all shipments are completed and paperwork is accounted for.
