Job summary

• Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Explorer.

Responsibilities

• Order entry for Dicor, Vixen, and MCD OEM orders.
• Provides administrative support to customers and team.
• Answers phone calls and assists customers as needed.
• Providing customers with ETAs and tracking numbers.
• Follows all safety rules.
• Performs other duties assigned to full accountability as needed.
• Ensure all shipments are completed and paperwork is accounted for.
