Wurth Industry USA in Commerce City, CO, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive the full sales cycle for non-VMI customers, handling quotes, expediting, sourcing, and quality assurance.

You will analyze data, manage master data in CRM, and collaborate with warehouse and Business Unit Manager to deliver excellent service.

The role emphasizes professional communication, upselling, and process improvements to boost profitability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma acceptable.
• 3–5 years of customer service/inside sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint; advanced Excel.
• Experience with SAP and P21 advantageous.
• Ability to read purchase orders and drawings.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet KPI targets and sales/gross profit goals.
• Manage orders, quotes, and customer data in CRM.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Provide training and mentorship within the inside sales team.
