Job summary

Wurth Industry North America is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to act as the internal first line contact for assigned customer accounts. The role focuses on sales support, expediting, quoting, and quality assurance to ensure smooth end-to-end process execution.

The position requires 3–5 years in customer service or inside sales, strong Excel and SAP skills, and the ability to analyze orders and customer data to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma or GED acceptable.
• 3–5 years of inside sales or customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; advanced Excel.
• Ability to read and analyze customer orders, drawings, and vendor references.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed established KPIs for the role.
• Provide professional customer support, collaboration with Sales, and order fulfillment troubleshooting.
• Perform data entry, quote support, and record management across defined processes.
• Manage customer master data including shipping terms, pricing, contacts, and CRM data.
• Proactively support the sales process and help move opportunities forward.
