Job summary

Wurth Industry US in Commerce City, CO is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (discrete/unplanned) to be the primary internal contact for assigned non-VMI customers. You will support the full sales cycle through account management, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination.

You will execute sales, manage quotes and orders, and drive profitability while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in sales/support roles.
Minimum 3–5 years of customer service/inside sales or related experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint; advanced Excel skills.
Experience with SAP and P21 is advantageous; ability to read orders/drawings.
Ability to analyze data to support decisions and drive sales profitability.

Responsibilities

Meet KPI targets and sales/gross profit objectives.
Handle pricing and margins per company guidelines; support quotes and sourcing.
Research profitability concerns and drive customer acquisition and activation.
Provide training and mentorship to other Inside Sales team members.
Manage customer master data and ensure accurate order entry and invoicing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service.
