AlphaGraphics in Indiana seeks an Account Manager to grow inside sales and support the Account Executive. You will handle client accounts, upsell opportunities, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the production and delivery process.

The role requires knowledge of printing processes, strong communication, and the ability to manage proofs, quotes, and project timelines with accuracy. A professional appearance and solid MIS capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Account management experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of printing and prepress requirements is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of MIS systems and order entry processes.
• Professional and respectful communication with customers.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to break projects into steps.
• Excellent writing and verbal skills.
• Professional appearance and decorum.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Increase center's inside sales and support Account Executive as needed.
• Maintain center accounts and expand penetration into existing accounts.
• Create a positive experience for clients.
• Provide customers with benefits of products and services.
• Consult with customers to upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Capture customer specifics using Job Analysis questions.
• Review proofs and manage the proofing process.
• Prepare timely, accurate job estimates.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Demonstrate proficiency with MIS tools to create and estimate projects.
