AlphaGraphics in Indiana seeks an Account Manager to grow inside sales and assist the Account Executive. You will build new customer relationships, manage existing accounts, and expand penetration while delivering a positive client experience.

You will leverage knowledge of printing products, MIS tools, and pricing to support proposals, proofs, and timely job estimates, maintaining professional standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management preferred, not required.
• Knowledge of printing and prepress helpful.
• Strong MIS and order-entry familiarity.
• Professional client communications and courteous demeanor.
• Analytical thinking, clear writing, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Increase center inside sales and support Account Executive.
• Upsell and cross-sell to customers where appropriate.
• Provide timely estimates and manage proofing process.
• Maintain pricing and customer billing procedures.
• Ensure positive customer experiences and professional image.
