AlphaGraphics in Elkhart, IN, is seeking an Account Manager to boost inside sales and support the Account Executive. You will maintain center accounts, expand our penetration, and ensure a positive client experience.

You will use your knowledge of printing, MIS systems, and CRM tools to upsell, prepare accurate estimates, and manage proofs through production. Training and development are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Account management experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of printing and prepress requirements a plus.
• Solid knowledge of MIS systems and order entry processes.
• Professional and respectful communication with customers.
• Strong analytical skills (break projects into steps).
• Excellent writing and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Increase center's inside sales; support Account Executive as needed.
• Know products, services, processes, capabilities, pricing.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience.
• Upsell and cross-sell when opportunities arise.
• Capture customer specifics using Job Analysis questions.
• Review proofs; manage proofing process; call when jobs are ready.
• Create timely, professional, and accurate job estimates.
• Maintain pricing strategies and customer billing procedures.
• Routinely resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Utilize MIS and CRM tools to manage customer projects.
