Trinity Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative in Orlando to drive inside sales, cold-call leads, and grow a book of business. You will evolve into the customer account manager, continually servicing transportation needs and providing high-quality service.

The role emphasizes competitive drive, relationship-building, and effective communication, with unlimited commission potential on top of base pay. Benefit options are included.

Qualifications

• Superior interpersonal and communication skills; problem solving and decision making.
• Experience in a customer facing role preferred but not required.
• Experience in logistics preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data and reports, as well as ability to write reports and professional business correspondence.
• Familiarity with CRM and BI systems helpful.
• Ability to learn new software and computer systems.
• Disciplined organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrates the ability to connect with others on a personal level to create openness and trust in relationships.
