Job summary

Rivian is hiring an Inside Product Guide to power the customer journey across sales, delivery, and service. You will handle inbound calls, chat, and outbound sales tasks, supporting customers through financing, insurance, and registration while maintaining high service standards.

Based in Atlanta, you’ll work full-time, 40 hours/week with weekend/holiday availability. You bring 1+ year in sales or customer experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ year of experience in a sales, customer experience, or account management role with a premium or high-growth brand.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and comfort navigating multiple digital tools.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain best-in-class response times and first-time resolution mindset.
• Take inbound calls on Rivian's company line and provide prompt, accurate support.
• Assist customers via chat, email, and other channels, matching Rivian's tone.
• Help customers complete delivery tasks including financing, registration, and trade-in.
• Make outbound calls on new sales opportunities and qualify leads.
• Deliver product presentations and address objections to support sales conversion.
• Build cross-functional knowledge of the full customer journey to support various teams.
