Job summary

Rivian is seeking a customer-facing Product Guide to deliver memorable interactions and drive brand loyalty at our Ohio locations. You will educate customers, coordinate demonstrations and vehicle deliveries, and support events and community activities while maintaining premium presentation standards.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours. Proficiency with POS/CRM and Google Workspace is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and educate customers; provide a welcoming, inclusive experience.
• Interact with Rivian customers and tailor experiences including demos and deliveries.
• Support brand initiatives: events, demos, and community activities.
• Maintain up-to-date product and brand knowledge through training.
