Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inbound calls to assist potential and existing clients with insurance inquiries.
• Outbound calls to follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Adhere to Amica’s phone standards and protocols to ensure productivity and consistency.
• Document all sales activities for timely follow-up.
• Complete required continuing education to remain compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Obtaining a state insurance license and fulfilling ongoing education requirements are mandatory and extensive training will be offered.
