The role offers a starting salary of $48,298 with potential to reach $55,785, a 40-hour week, and options to work from home up to two days per week after training. Healthcare, 401(k) and training are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous insurance background is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle professional telephone conversations to service existing accounts in a high-volume call center.
• Convert inbound leads into new business by handling countrywide calls.
• Service customer accounts using policy language and home construction knowledge.
• Obtain a state insurance license and fulfill ongoing education requirements to keep the license active.
