Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking an Inside Account Representative in the Kansas City area to manage inbound and outbound calls, qualify opportunities, and grow revenue across Commercial and Industrial lines.

You will build relationships with new and existing B2B customers, respond to inquiries, complete paperwork, and maintain knowledge of services, pricing, and promotions. This role rewards proactive, collaborative team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate outbound calls to new B2B prospects for permanent commercial/industrial customers.
• Respond to inbound calls to close business and drive price and terms.
• Complete required paperwork and other reports.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of services, pricing structures, and offers for existing customers.
• Utilize prospecting and retention databases while documenting activities.
